On 24th of October, Prof. Dr. Martin Wassmer, Head of the chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Law Procedure at the University of Cologne, will deliver a lecture about Cybercrimes. The event is organized by the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law.

Prof. Wassmer is the author of numerous legal researches, such as: Economic Criminal Law, International and European Criminal Law, Cybercrimes and other. Prof. Wassmer regularly lectures as an invited lecturer at Tbilisi State University, China University of Political Science and Law and at the University of Hokkaido.

From 2016, Prof. Wassmer is an active partner of our Institute.
